Program Overview
The Master of Christian Administration program is designed to develop competent and ethical Christian leaders who are equipped to manage and lead ministries, churches, and faith-based organizations. Combining biblical principles with organizational leadership, this program trains students in effective administration, strategic planning, human resource management, and financial stewardship within a Christian context.
Program Purpose
- To provide foundational knowledge in Christian leadership and administration.
- To develop skills in financial, human, and strategic resource management in ministry.
- To integrate biblical principles with contemporary administrative practices.
- To prepare students for leadership roles in churches, non-profits, and Christian institutions.
