Program Overview

The Bachelor of Christian Administration (BCA) is a specialized undergraduate degree designed to equip students with biblical leadership, theological foundations, and practical administrative competencies necessary for managing churches, Christian organizations, and ministry institutions. The program blends theological education with managerial training to prepare students for dynamic leadership and administrative roles within faith-based contexts.

Program Purpose

  • To integrate biblical principles with administrative practices for effective Christian leadership.
  • To develop competent Christian administrators equipped to lead with vision, accountability, and integrity.
  • To train students in critical thinking, strategic planning, and ethical leadership from a Christian worldview.
  • To provide students with research skills for addressing practical challenges in ministry and administration.

Program Duration and Requirements

Program Duration: 2.5 Years (5 Semesters)

Total Credit Hours: 90 – 96 Credit Hours

Graduation Requirement: Successful completion of all coursework, ministry practicums, and a Final Year Research Thesis.

Students will conduct independent research on a topic related to Christian Administration under the supervision of a faculty advisor. The research should demonstrate critical thinking, integration of biblical and administrative principles, and practical relevance to church or ministry management. The final output will include:

  • A written thesis (8,000 – 12,000 words)
  • A presentation and defense before a panel
  • A summary report for possible publication or church application
